Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the ambassador and key administrative support to our team of professionals carrying out project work for clients throughout Western Canada.
  • Answer and respond to/forward telephone enquiries and manage email correspondence.
  • Support the President and Professional team in preparing correspondence, reports, emails, presentations, meeting agendas/minutes, contracts, and related documents.
  • Assist the Accountant in providing general accounting support in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and data entry of information.
  • Assist with prospective and current project work such as opening and closing projects, preparing proposals, and website updates.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Business/Office Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in administration, general office, and accounting (entry to intermediate level).
  • Past experience working in a project-based environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting software or InDesign, website management (Wix) is an asset.
