Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
  • Special Meals: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and care.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always well-stocked and prepared.
