Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Structure Specialist to join our team at Scancon Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment with tight deadlines.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic are essential.
