About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at 2535830 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our industrial and commercial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products and develop effective marketing plans to promote our products.
  • Event Planning: Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Content Creation: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to promote our products and services.
  • Client Relations: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, gather and research communications material, and design market research questionnaires.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions, and develop a portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases and write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organized, team player, accurate, reliable, and quick learner.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
