We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Inverary Manor. The successful candidate will have a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nursing home/home for the aged setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work.
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check and immunization records.
  • Vulnerable sector check.
