**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver and Hospitality Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while also developing your skills and career.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following established policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
- Experience working in a healthcare or hospitality environment is an asset
- Empathy for and understanding of the needs of older adults and/or disabled individuals
- Ability to plan, organize, and support the delivery of diverse services and special events
- Successful completion of CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
- Successful completion of Safe Food Handler's certification (if applicable)
- Successful completion of Smart Serve/ProServe certification (Ontario/Alberta, for management roles)
- A positive attitude
