- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is handled and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
