At FTI Consulting, we're committed to helping our clients navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities. As a Senior Consultant, Case Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our clients' success by providing expert guidance and support in eDiscovery and case management.

About the Role

  • Proactively plan and drive projects, setting agendas and timelines, leading internal and external discussions, and managing deadlines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and counsel, managing expectations and developing processes to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless task completion and handoffs.
  • Ensure quality products and timely delivery through QC checklists and established timeframes.
  • Manage project staffing and resource allocation, as well as expenditures and budget estimates.
  • Identify risks and implement processes to mitigate them.
  • Introduce additional FTI services to clients as needed.
  • Maintain a professional image within the firm and project it externally.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal).
  • 3+ years of experience in legal, electronic discovery, or case management.
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
