AVP, Chief Underwriter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP, Chief Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of underwriting strategies and policies.

• Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines and policies
• Lead the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience in underwriting and risk management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Fluency in English
