- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- Accessibility Training: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers, newcomers, and refugees.
- On-the-Job Training: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, supporting their development and growth in the culinary industry.
