Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at THE ELITE STANDARD RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and ensure that all necessary cleaning supplies are available.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Debris Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Special Tasks: Clean windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to Work Independently: You will be working independently to complete tasks and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Our work environment is fast-paced, and you must be able to work efficiently and effectively in this setting.
  • Work Under Pressure: You will be working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Physical Capabilities
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
