Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Ultra-Tech Cleaning Systems Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites or Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our facilities are located in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and industrial plants. As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
