Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder-Assembler to join our team at AAA Canada. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for welding various steel parts according to required processes, inspecting produced parts, and mastering welding techniques on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities

  • Weld steel parts using (GWAW) and (FCAW) processes for buses.
  • Inspect produced parts visually and using measuring instruments to ensure quality and conformity.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in welding techniques on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Classify parts required for the job and interpret welds according to drawings.
  • Understand welding parameters and their effects.

Requirements

  • DEP in welding or welding-fitting.
  • Experience in training and integrating new employees.
  • Experience in assembly (an asset).
  • Valid forklift operator's card (an asset).
  • Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an asset for communication in a multilingual environment.
