Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Canada Inc. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, stock linen closet, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Administer first aid in emergency situations.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance, undergo a criminal record check, and have a valid driver's license.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, own vehicle, and have a valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, and honesty.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Currently legally able to work in Canada.
  • Willing to relocate for this position.
  • Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
