Construction Laborer

**Job Summary**

ROOTZ CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

* Load, unload and transport construction materials
* Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades
* Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
* Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
* Pave and rake asphalt
* Assist in demolishing buildings
* Clean and pile salvaged materials
* Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
* Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

**Work Environment**

* Work outdoors in various locations
* Work at heights
* Work in noisy, dusty and hot environments

**Requirements**

* No degree, certificate or diploma required
* Will train on the job
* Physically demanding work
* Handling heavy loads
* Hand-eye co-ordination
* Overtime required

**What We Offer**

* Permanent work term
* 40 hours per week
