Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare, pre-cook, and cook food products as directed, adhering to our corporate standards and guidelines.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean kitchen equipment after use, following our health and safety policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Label, date, store, and rotate food and beverage products in designated storage areas.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Report any needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to your supervisor immediately.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or directed by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Culinary Experience: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a restaurant cook or prep cook.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification an asset.
- Culinary Knowledge: Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
