Job Description

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at the Outlet Collection at Niagara. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading a team of associates, and ensuring a differentiated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and engaging customer experience by ensuring that all interactions are friendly, helpful, and efficient.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with associates, customers, and management to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and merchandised.
  • Asset Protection: Identify and mitigate potential security risks, and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that all associates are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Assertiveness: The ability to assertively communicate with associates, customers, and management to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Applied Learning: The ability to apply learning to evolve as a business leader and improve store results.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-Tasking: The ability to multi-task, with a strong focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Stress Tolerance: A high level of stress tolerance, with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
