Job Description

Piping Stress Analyst and Engineer

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Piping Stress Analyst and Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing piping stress analysis, designing piping systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform piping stress analysis using software such as PipeStress, CeaserII, and ANSYS-APDL.
  2. Design and develop piping systems for new build and life extension projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration or eligibility.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in piping stress analysis and design.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
