Agricultural Labourer

We are seeking an Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Rockytrail Farms Ltd.

Job Summary:

This is a seasonal position that involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating farm machinery and equipment, and providing agricultural crop services. The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing fields of wood and stones, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, fertilizing and spraying crops, harvesting crops, and performing general farm duties.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You should also possess strong physical capabilities, including the ability to work independently, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods. A combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling is also required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires 40 hours of work per week.
