About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Heart Industries Ltd. as a Facilities Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space.
  • Sanitizing and Cleaning: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing space.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Office building or industrial facility.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
