We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 3295572 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
