About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Installer to join our team at Manna Renovations Inc. As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and repairing and servicing exterior and interior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer needs and concerns.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure they are following safety protocols and meeting quality standards.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 30 hours per week of work, with opportunities for overtime.
  • English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
