Nurse Practitioner

VON Canada is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current registration with the provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
