Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area, kitchen, and drive-thru.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing teams, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all guests receive a memorable dining experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. If you are passionate about food service, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient workflow
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports as required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
