Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician Assistant to join our team at TSA Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist our technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, including moving tools and equipment as needed.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Perform general labouring duties to support the maintenance team.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, and teamwork are essential skills for this role.
