Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver. This role is responsible for assisting with inventory management and shipping/receiving duties, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to load trucks and sea containers with finished goods, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Inspect crates and bundles for damage during the loading process, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Assist in counting inventory as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Work in various environments, including outdoors, in extreme temperatures, and on slippery surfaces, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Forklift experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
  • Physical fitness to manually handle goods, steel, and products, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and good attendance, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, demonstrating physical capability and stamina.
