Job Title: Ballet Instructor

About the Role:

Vanleena Dance Academy Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Ballet Instructor to join our team. As a Ballet Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach classical ballet techniques and artistic interpretation to students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:


  • Teach classical ballet techniques and artistic interpretation to students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and progress
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in dance education


Requirements:


  • Degree in dance or a related field
  • Professional dance experience and certification in classical ballet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
  • Physical ability to perform dance movements and participate in class
