Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Prepare special orders and ensure quality meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 44 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The Baker will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and manual dexterity required. Standing for extended periods is also necessary.
