We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers, meeting sales targets, and building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
- FOLLOW UP ON ALL CLIENT ACCOUNTS TO RESOLVE OUTSTANDING ACTIVITIES.
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide applicable training for the right candidate.
- A General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
- Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
Benefits:
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week.
