Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist Senior Project Managers in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Constructability and Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews of project documents, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee monthly project reconciliations, analyze financial data, and track project profitability.
  • Contract Management: Issue contracts to trade partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Documentation: Utilize Timberline and Microsoft software to manage project data, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Subtrade and Supplier Management: Manage trade partners and suppliers, mitigating issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Client Interface: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, architects, consultants, and clients to resolve project issues and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary technical education or equivalent in construction or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
