Metal Fabrication Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at JOB CONNECTION GROUP INC. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalworking and welding, with experience working with a variety of metals and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and follow welding process specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals to ensure that welds meet specifications.
  • Examine welds for quality and accuracy.
  • Operate welding machines and equipment to fabricate and repair metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and repair welding equipment and machinery.
Requirements
  • Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate.
  • 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

Our team works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to work in a noisy and physically demanding environment. Steel-toed safety boots and a safety harness are required for this position.
