L'analyste financier est un professionnel clé dans la gestion et l'optimisation des performances financières de l'organisation. Sous la supervision directe du Gestionnaire du Département Financier, l'analyste financier est responsable de l'analyse des données financières, de la préparation des rapports financiers et de la fourniture d'informations pertinentes pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques.
Responsabilités- Assurer la fermeture financière mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle en temps voulu en préparant diverses écritures de journal;
- Aider à la préparation des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels en préparant diverses analyses et information connexes;
- Effectuer des rapprochements mensuels des comptes du grand livre général en analysant l'information financière afin de fournir des explications sur les écarts entre les périodes et conclure sur le traitement approprié des transactions dans les états financiers et préparer les ajustements connexes si nécessaire;
- Coordonner avec d'autres départements et parties prenantes de l'organisation pour comprendre les transactions importantes et leurs implications sur les exigences en matière de rapports financiers;
- Contribuer au processus budgétaire annuel et aux activités de prévision périodique;
- Effectuer une analyse quotidienne des flux de trésorerie et prévoir les flux de trésorerie futurs;
- Préparer et remettre les taxes de vente fédérales et provinciales;
- Aider à la réalisation de projets spéciaux, à la modification et à la mise en œuvre de systèmes et proposer des idées d'amélioration des processus;
- Répondre à diverses demandes/rapports ad hoc.
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité/finance (ou équivalent);
- Être en cours d'obtention du titre de CPA (un atout);
- Minimum un (1) an d'expérience pertinente;
- Niveau intermédiaire à avancé d'Excel (incluant de bonnes connaisances des tableaux croisés dynamiques et de différentes fonctions/formules);
- Expérience avec PeopleSoft Financials v9.1 (un atout);
- Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).
