Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service. The successful candidate will be able to identify new products and potential up-selling opportunities, process incoming calls and orders, open new accounts, and develop customer base and sales leads through cold and warm calls.
