Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

About the Role:
V GLOBAL IMMIGRATION INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing policies, supervising professional and support staff, administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, performing administrative tasks, developing venture capital sources, recruiting and hiring staff, responding to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities, conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, developing social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment, preparing reports, research papers, educational texts or articles, answering written and oral inquiries, gathering, researching and preparing communications material, initiating and maintaining contact with the media, preparing and/or delivering educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions, preparing sports, literary, performance or other contracts, conducting analytical marketing studies, reviewing and evaluating commercial or industrial development proposals, designing market research questionnaires, evaluating customer service and store environments, ensuring appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place, developing and implementing business plans, and writing and editing press releases, newsletter and communications materials.

Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and procedures to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
- Supervise professional and support staff, including office and volunteer staff.
- Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports, research papers, educational texts or articles, and answering written and oral inquiries.
- Develop venture capital sources and recruit and hire staff.
- Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
- Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment.
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles, and answer written and oral inquiries.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material, and initiate and maintain contact with the media.
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
- Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts, conduct analytical marketing studies, review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, design market research questionnaires, evaluate customer service and store environments, ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place, develop and implement business plans, and write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials.

Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; university degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical demands include working in a fast-paced environment and attending meetings as required.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.
