Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care: Utilize your expertise to deliver excellent nursing care to our patients, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs are met.
  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Manage Medications and Supplies: Safely manage medications, narcotics, and supplies, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure Timely Admissions and Discharges: Facilitate timely and safe admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Active Registration: Hold active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with the ability to work varied shifts and float between units as needed.
  • Reliability and Accountability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability and accountability, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and meeting the needs of our patients and families.
