This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead cross-functional teams through Lean and Agile practices, ensuring iterative delivery of software projects. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts, vendor support, and internal development teams to resolve complex problems and ensure the smooth integration of solutions into production environments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean and Agile software delivery practices, as well as experience managing software projects in a complex technology environment using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Lean and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams through Lean and Agile practices to ensure iterative delivery of software projects
  • Foster collaboration between development, operations, and other internal and external partners to support stable and reliable software delivery
  • Oversee the transition of new software solutions from test to production cloud DevOps environment
  • Track project status and metrics throughout the software lifecycle, reporting on progress and post-deployment outcomes

  • Expert knowledge of Lean and Agile software delivery practices
  • Experience managing software projects in a complex technology environment using SDLC and Lean and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
