About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our Distribution team at McCormick. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 lines, ensuring overall performance, safety, quality, and process reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, ensuring Health and Safety and Human Resources policy adherence
  • Utilize the McCormick High Performance System (MHPS) to engage each member of the team and promote teamwork
  • Plan, direct, and support daily activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals and business initiatives
  • Remove barriers and obstacles to team performance, demonstrating a sense of urgency, ownership, and tenacity to resolve problems
  • Facilitate daily team huddles and weekly team meetings, communicating daily with the Team Manager to ensure effective execution
Requirements
  • Three years manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent education
  • Strong mechanical ability and understanding of packaging/processing equipment
  • Successfully pass Mechanical Aptitude testing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (asset)
