Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in assisted living and complex care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and individualized care to residents, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Requirements

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
• One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
