Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Aviation Safety and Compliance to lead our safety management system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation safety and a proven track record of leading safety initiatives and implementing effective safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our safety management system
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct safety audits and investigations
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in aviation safety
  • Proven track record of leading safety initiatives and implementing effective safety management systems
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
