Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kinderschool@St. Luke's. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties, ensuring a clean and safe environment for children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the well-being of children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or supervisors, keeping them informed of children's progress and any concerns.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children, adhering to licensing regulations.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Team player, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
