Job Summary

Sahil Express Line Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers and projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Train and Develop drivers and other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and Operate signal and track switch control panels to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize fleet utilization.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the trucking industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
