Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Coatings Foreman/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of coatings technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of coatings projects
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality coatings products
  • Lead and motivate a team of coatings technicians to achieve production goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase productivity
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial coatings production or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of coatings production processes and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
