About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at Straight Razor Touch Barbershop. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting and styling hair, providing custom hair and scalp treatments, and offering expert advice on beauty care treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on the latest hair trends and styles
  • Cut and trim hair to perfection, using a variety of techniques and tools
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatments to promote healthy hair growth and maintenance
  • Shampoo and condition hair, using high-quality products and techniques
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces to meet client specifications
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair to achieve the desired look
  • Suggest hair styles that complement clients' physical features and preferences
Work Environment

As a Hair Stylist at Straight Razor Touch Barbershop, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work in a team environment, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the hair care industry, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
