About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Accounts group, you will be responsible for managing account data and performing trading operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for implementing model changes from Investment Advisors and third-party sub-advisors, as well as identifying and resolving discrepancies between custodial systems and the trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trading and Modeling: Implementing model changes from Investment Advisors and third-party sub-advisors.
  • Data Reconciliation & Reporting: Managing data transmission workflows, identifying and resolving discrepancies between custodial systems and the trading platform.
  • Account Management Support: Assisting with daily service requests, clearing debits, and processing FX conversions.
  • Compliance & Risk Oversight: Conducting post-trade review and auditing client holdings against model weights.
  • Advisor Team Support: Monitoring incoming inquiries, providing first-point troubleshooting, and escalating unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of experience in a Separately Managed Account (SMA) or Unified Managed Account (UMA) program.
  2. Strong service orientation, demonstrated through professional client interactions and high-quality service delivery.
  3. Experience with portfolio management tools or Envestnet is an asset.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  8. Ability to perform effectively under time constraints and high-volume workloads.
