**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bakery Clerk to join our team at our West Lethbridge location in Alberta. As a Bakery Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bakery department, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked bakery department, including rotating stock, cleaning equipment, and ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including knives, to prepare and display bakery products.
  • Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations, promoting sales and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
