Malang Bar & Events is seeking an accomplished Bar Attendant to contribute to our team. If you possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar environment and have a passion for crafting exceptional beverages, this role is suited for you.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare a diverse array of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to precise recipes and presentation standards.

2. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly, welcoming, and attentive manner.

3. Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

4. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring it remains attractive and inviting.

5. Stay up-to-date with menu items and offerings, including seasonal specials and signature drinks.

6. Verify the legal drinking age of customers by checking identification.

7. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, particularly during peak hours.

8. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Attendant in a high-volume bar or restaurant.

2. Strong knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation techniques.

3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Must be at least 18 years old.

6. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
