- Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including sales managers and internal customers
- Perform cost analysis, negotiate prices, and create detailed price breakdowns
- Research and secure potential suppliers, perform part characteristic analysis, and create procurement policies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in E-powertrain manufacturing or automotive industry
- Strong analytical and technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
