Les Industries FMA Inc. is seeking a skilled trades technician to join our team as a precision machinist.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
The successful candidate will have experience in machine tool operation and maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities- Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts
- Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
- Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. machinist trade)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
