Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Ariba Functional Analyst to support our Supply Chain and Procurement operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP Ariba and experience in implementing and maintaining SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CPKC's Supply Chain and Procurement operations
  • Configure, implement, and maintain SAP Ariba solutions, including Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Supplier Enablement, Contracts, B&I, Catalog, and Invoice Management
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Design and implement sustainable solutions and enhancements based on best business practices and alignment to IS architectural standards
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP Ariba-related issues and inquiries
  • Liaise with technical, functional, architecture, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of SAP Ariba solutions
  • Collaborate with the IS PMO and Change Management teams to configure, test, and document system improvements in alignment with project delivery standards

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in Commerce/Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP operations support and project delivery
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP Ariba solutions
  • Ideally 2 or more full project implementation lifecycles with SAP technology
  • Significant implementation and support experience in SAP Materials Management (Source-to-Pay, Inventory Management) and integration to other SAP modules (PM, PP, QM, FICO, Basis, and Security)
  • Hands-on experience as Ariba Customer Administrator, and strong techno-functional expertise in ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA
  • Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile-like approaches
  • Some technical experience in ABAP programming/debugging, LSMW, Fiori development, and reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an asset
