Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Pharmhill Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock movements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure that equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory is received and stored efficiently.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that inventory is stored in a safe and accessible manner.
  • Safety Procedures: Ensure that all safety procedures are followed, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized.
  • Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
